    We are immediately seeking two new staff accounting/bookkeeping consultants with SAP experience to assist in various accounting roles.

    Candidates will need to have SAP experience in one or more of the following areas:

    Additional Experience

    FULL TIME ADMINISTRATION / BOOKKEEPING CLERK

    Business Financial, Tax and Bookkeeping company are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is committed to quality and exceeding client expectations, to join our team as an Administration / Bookkeeping Clerk.

    A primary responsibility in this role will be maintaining accurate client bookkeeping records, processing regular customer invoicing. You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure client management processes stay on track, and hold the team accountable to internal client administration standards.

    General Responsibilities Include:

    • Regular client invoicing and maintenance of invoicing records
    • Management and organization of client contracts and Statements of Work
    • Track client budget spends
    • Creation of client profiles in accounting software
    • Manage time tracking system to ensure employee and contractor time is entered accurately and on time
    • Assist with General HR administration, including processing paperwork for new hires and contractors
    • Process accounts payable & accounts receivable
    • Manage Payroll Processing
    • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
    • General office administration including mail, filing, stocking office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Professional demeanor and client-first attitude
    • Detail oriented, ability to manage several projects/tasks
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Obsessed with quality and consistency
    • Ability to hold self and others accountable to client administrative standards and procedures
    • Ability to suggest process improvements, and implement once approved
    • 2-3 years experience in bookkeeping and office administration
    • 2 years extensive experience with QuickBooks
    • Associates Degree in Accounting preferred

    We’re  looking for people around the country who enjoy sales and would like to promote our New Remote Bookkeeping and Back Office Financial services in their regional markets. We would like to hear from you if you enjoy sales and are looking for a part-time position which can grow to be full time.

    Essential Job Functions:

    · Reach established sales goals

    · Develop customer base necessary to meet sales forecasts & budgets;

    · Keep up with general QuickBooks knowledge

    · Attend Chamber of Commerce business networking events - some early a.m.&evening

    · Prospect for new business and maintain relationship with your clients

    · Maintain client contact after the "sale"
